Yearbook Publishing Timetable

(This sample yearbook is one of those published under my editorship of the Triumph Office of Ateneo de Naga. Ritch, Joan, Nems and Eugene had been part also of the production staff during this annual's preparations. The lay-out is magazine and the presentation is coffee-table-book)

02 April 2008, Launching through blog and friendster
16 May 2008, Announcing of Yearbook Fees and advertisement packages (based on estimates of the printing press)

30 May 2008, Deadline of Personal Data through email
Deadline of submission of all data contributions for the YB (eg. Pix, essays, etc)

13 June 2008, First report of the publishing processes and procedures
27 June 2008, Final report of the contents and the final output
07 July 2008, Submission at the Printing Press
26 December 2008, Release through Batch Party/ Reunion (what you think?)

Note: Any excess from the collections for the yearbook publishing expenses shall be used for Bats Dos Mil Dos Scholarship for HS student/s at LaCo. This is my recommendation since the Ads may generate huge amount if everyone will cooperate.
